My name is Shafi Noss. I began my career brokering residential loans for investors. Since then, I have helped start and improve private lending businesses all over the country, including my own small fund, and always as part of a team.

I have seen private lenders rise and fall, and gained the experience to operate when necessary and strategize when necessary, to understand reports and spreadsheets, but also look past them to the intangibles that allow lenders to both flourish and survive setbacks. I value simplicity. No job is too small to do well.
